Vital are currently recruiting for 12 Assistant Project Management 2022 Graduates (3 in each location)
Assistant Project Management (Engineering)
Within the role you will be involved with multi-million-pound in-house engineering projects. You will be given a training and development path to skills and experience which will be fully transferable across multiple industries.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is willing and able & wants to learn and grow - full training and development will be given regardless of current experience.
Roles available based in Leeds, Doncaster, York & Newcastle
Monday to Friday – 40hrs per week
This role will be office based with opportunities to get on site also.
Salary - £23,000 per annum
Principal Accountabilities
- Proactively manage the delivery of assigned projects, jobs and tasks,
- Engaging with clients, building effective relationships,
- Identifying, implementing & complying with applicable internal/external safety, environmental and quality standards,
- Ensure that safety is at the heart of project delivery,
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, to cost and to the right level of quality,
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project execution plans, quality plans and other documents as required,
- Assist with project communication, support reviews and reporting progress on all Key Project Milestones,
- Support in the development of budgets and schedules for projects and controlling forecasts,
- Maintain awareness of project risks and opportunities and help to identify mitigate and manage them,
- Providing accurate and timely information, data and reports regarding the project status, activities & performance.

- Must be well versed in the preparation of reports and information,
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills,
- A proactive, flexible & adaptable approach,
- Enthusiasm, drive and a willingness to get involved.
