Job Details

Vital resources have been employed by a reputable and growing civil engineering contractor, to assist them in their search for a new QA / QC manager to further strengthen their current team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the project quality control system relating to construction activities and materials.

Within this role, your main responsibilities as QA / QC manager will be:

• Establish quality assurance plan for the project, based on company policy, considering project contractual conditions and specs.
• Take all QA matters for the project management towards the client and consultants.
• Ensure the management and distribution of QA related documents on site.
• Participate in the establishment of execution methods and research measures to improve the quality.
• Audit QA/QC plans of the sub-contractors, harmonize team as an integrated part of company quality plan.
• Be responsible for having all quality controls carried out on site, resulting in positive certificates / In case of unsatisfactory results, formulate a non-conformity report.
• Ensure the recording and filing of traceability of documents and non-conformity report and research remedies to these non- conformity items.
