About us

Our business is based in Salford M5 4TP. We are a large Rail Engineering Technical recruiter who has been established for over 30 years. Our team is a mixture of mature and young aspiring recruiters – all of which support each other and have contributed in our business being one of the most successful in our sector. We are on the PSL for almost every company in our sector and enjoy close working relationships with our clients spanning 20 years+.

Our management philosophy means that you have no daily or weekly KPI’s – only mutually agreed fair targets to work towards and everybody in the team meets them because our workplace culture is based on support and if you succeed we all succeed as a team.

Last year we had a turnover of over £100M with 95% repeat business. We have 13 offices, the head office is in Salford/Manchester. Our success is fundamentally based on the people we hire to work as Recruiters. We have a blended home/office working week with excellent benefits.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary from £23K - £35K plus commission with OTE £70K – highest in our sector.

What are we looking for;

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, any sector perm or contract.
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• People person – good communicator, sense of humour, team player and above all someone that is driven to do well and forge a successful career for next few years.
