Having worked with Siemens since 2005 and having provided Resources UK wide on over 70 National Grid, Scottish Power, Offshore Windfarms & HVDC Projects
Vital agreed a 3-year framework, along with agreement to provide an embedded Resource support function to deliver both ongoing support, but to also manage
Vital’s contractors training, PPE, Skill Matrix’s, and on-going development
Since agreeing this framework, Vital have delivered successfully in the region of 1 MILLION CONTRACTOR hours safely.
Importantly when Vital have provided this support, we have ensured our workforce is safe and provided PPE to the standards required by both our client, but importantly the industry standard.
The embedded team, supported and managed by specialist Substation team in Glasgow have been fundamental to the success of this framework and the delivery of some of the largest projects ever to be done.
