It's not just about ticking boxes; it's about breaking barriers, challenging norms, and creating environments where every individual, regardless of background, can thrive. Our commitment to ED&I is a commitment to a workplace that reflects the rich diversity of the world we live in.

Our Diversity Action Plan

  • Targeted Engagement: We engage proactively with groups that are historically the most difficult to reach. By understanding and addressing unique challenges, we work towards creating opportunities for everyone.

  • Gender-Neutral Policies: We are dismantling barriers by removing gendered language from our policies and processes. This step ensures that our workplace is truly inclusive, regardless of gender identity.

  • Diversity Board Approval: Every policy change matters. To ensure an unbiased perspective, we've made it mandatory for all new and amended policies to be signed off by a diversity board member, promoting checks and balances.

  • Inclusivity Toolkit: Knowledge is power. We're developing an inclusivity toolkit and a staff handbook to champion best practices in inclusion. Education and awareness are key to fostering a culture of understanding and respect.

We understand the complexities and opportunities of widening participation, and take our commitment to this very seriously.  Our partnerships allow us to impact real change, grow as an organisation and impart knowledge to our internal and external networks.

Our partnerships with the Northern Power Women, Vercida, The Girls' Network, ReciteMeand Equal Engineers, ensures that we have access to the latest ED&I thinking to help us support our clients and also help us to achieve our diversity action plan.
