Our client is an established national Facilities Management and Maintenance provider
Job Details
General Administrator required for a role based on a client site in Swindon.
Main Duties:
- General administration and reception duties
- Raising and allocating client and sub-contract orders. .
- Accurate inputting of information on a database.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and contract and client records
It is preffered if candidates have previous experience of working for contractors or maintenance providers, but not essential, as training is given.
Candidates are required to have customer interface skills, good telephone and communication skills and be able to prioritise workloads.
IT skills in Microsoft Office/Excel packages
Hours of work: 40 hrs Mon - Fri

£22,500 basic slary plus package
