Vital Human Resources, part of Morson Group, are recruiting for an experienced and professionalClient Relationship Executive to join their expanding team.

Vital Rail is the largest supplier of skilled Rail staff to the UK Rail industry, completing enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the rail, light rail and construction sectors.

Base:  This is a national role, working out of one of our UK offices.

The Role:

Working alongside the Executive Team and Operations Managers to identify key clients to manage, whilst maximising sales opportunities for the business

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
  • Proactively gather feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Implement strategies to enhance client experience and drive loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements to ensure a deep understanding of their recruitment objectives, company culture, and hiring preferences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  •  Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.

Account Management

  • Manage client accounts efficiently, including contract negotiations, proposal development, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Utilise CRM systems and other tools to track client interactions, monitor progress against goals, and generate reports on key performance metrics.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific hiring needs of clients.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing and new client accounts by upselling additional services and promoting new offerings.
  • Generate leads and participate in business development initiatives to acquire new clients.

Skills & Experience:

  • Team management experience
  • Experience at senior level
  • Minimum 5 years within the rail industry
  • Intermediate word processing
  • Intermediate spreadsheets
  • Clean driving licence
  • Driver – Hungry to develop business and increase market share
  • Ability to create and maintain a competitive and motivated environment
  • Strong business development skills
  • Ability to build a rapport with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels
