JOB ROLE: Finance Administrator
Location of Project: Cramlington
Hours: 40hrs per week | 8.00am - 16.30pm
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Long term contract
Duties will include but not limited to :
- Cleansing data in the ERP system to identify duplicate items and proposing necessary adjustments to be made
- Providing standard names to the items we purchase in NetSuite with the guidance of those copied
- Marrying the model name and item to the NetSuite item via UPC or other code defined by those copied and wider team, so that we have one true reference or link between the systems .
Excel Data Analysis:
- Utilise advanced Excel functions and formulas to perform data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and monitoring data quality metrics.
Rate £16.00 Umbrella or £13.64 PAYE inc hol pay
