Job Details

JOB ROLE: Purchasing Administrator 

Location of Project: Cramlington 

Hours: 39hrs a week 

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Weeks 

Duties will include: To provide both clerical and administrative support to the Purchasing/Estimating Team to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. 

 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

Specific duties will include:

  • Data entry – Oracle Netsuite ERP Purchasing System (training will be given)
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopying and printing various documents

Hours : Mon - Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm - 30 mins unpaid Lunch per day 

£12.78ph PAYE including holiday pay
