Rail Labour Co-ordinator - Canning Town

Vital are recruiting for a Rail Labour Co-Ordinatorto work within our highy successful team at our Canning Town office in London.

Vital Rail is a major support services provider, completing enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the rail, light rail and construction sectors.

Location: Canning Town, London

Start Date: Immediate, full time

Salary: £27-32k (OTE 40k)

Job Description:

To provide resourcing support to the Account Manager for one of our major contracts, as well as other clients as and where applicable. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and allocating suitable candidates into job roles as set out by our clients
• Input of applicant’s data into our online system
• Briefing operatives of agreed shift patterns
• Liaising with operatives with any changes to their work plan
• Providing both good and bad feedback to the operatives
• Supporting the payroll process by ensuring timesheets and orders are in place.

• Must be computer literate

• Previous experience in a rail office environment would be preferred.
