Resource Administrator - Uxbridge Office
Our firm is currently looking for an experienced Resource Administrator to join our Uxbridge branch. This position will play an important role in the organisational strength of our company and would be a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills and knowledge and progress in their career.
Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour. They will be competent in prioritizing, showing initiative and working with little supervision, will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:30pm
Office Location
Cowley Road, Uxbridge
Resource Administrator responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager
Calling candidates to confirm availability
Send briefings to staff
Populate spreadsheets with info required for submittal to client
Load orders on the system
Load staff on their shifts on the system
Identify any shift non-conformances and liaise with Fatigue Manager to put mitigations in place
Complete risk assessments if required
Submit timesheets and POs for Payroll
Register new starters and upload their info on the system
Record keeping
Resource Administrator skills
Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Solid interpersonal skills and a desire to show initiative
Able to thrive in a busy office environment
Tenacity and a sense of urgency
Tech savvy and ability to learn new programs and databases easily
Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
