Vital Human Resources Ltd (Vital), is a subsidiary of Morson Group Ltd and a dedicated recruitment business. Our three operating divisions, Vital Rail, Vital Resources and Vital Solutions, deliver high calibre blue-collar and white-collar Personnel

For over 30 years, we have built long-term partnerships with clients. The foundation of our business, 70% of our turnover is generated by clients we have worked with for 20 years or more. We are currently looking to recruit Resourcers & Recruitment Consultants for our London office to build up our current billing teams within our M&E Blue and White Collar divisions.

We are interested in Consultants with technical/engineering/civils/construction experience or for Resourcers… a basic understanding of recruitment and what it takes to be successful. This is a great opportunity for development and to be part of a relatively small team that is looking to grow.

Warm desks are available due to the level of work we have. We are offering a basic salary (DOE) and bonus on top of this as well as other perks such as pension, healthcare, flexible working etc.

You:

  • Experience within recruitment - at any level up to Senior Consultant level
  • Experience within a technical recruitment environment as above
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
