We’re looking for a Tech Admin with the skills and vision to support our client and help them re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.
You will be supporting the Systems Project Management team with varied support activities across a high-volume portfolio of Medium Voltage Switchgear Projects.
What part will you play?
- Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with all things Project Management (planning, delivering, monitoring, reviews etc)
- Maintain and grow our Operations Portal (SharePoint Site) as the central resource for our Project Management needs.
- Support material logistics within the team.
- Maintain our Project Warranty Database, providing customer support during warranty claims.
- Be our IT Super User (ordering and coordinating IT equipment).
- Coordinate all Project Free Issue Lists and liaise with Top Box build suppliers regarding material deliveries.
- Inputting of Project NCC’s on to the Solution NG NCC system.
- Participate in business improvement activities, to benefit the team and wider business.
- The role is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office in Newcastle. (NE31)
What will you bring to the role?
- Be a motivated self-starter, able to react to all project requirements providing your support and coordination where it is needed.
- Project support experience within an Industrial/Engineering setting
- Ability to use to a high standard all Microsoft applications: – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Hours : Monday to Thursday 0800 to 1630 & Friday 0800 to 1300, the client may be a little flexable on the times for the right candidate.
Pay Rate: £15.00 Per Hour PAYE + Holiday Pay
